Valeant Pharmaceuticals Completes Acquisition of iNova

Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. (NYSE: VRX and TSX: VRX) announced that effective December 21, 2011, the company completed its previously announced acquisition of iNova, from Archer Capital, Ironbridge and other minority management shareholders.
