As part of our strategic goal to double the business every 5 years and have leading brands in key therapy areas where we compete, iNova’s Business Development team is constantly searching to license-in or acquire innovative new prescription medicines and over the counter (OTC) consumer healthcare products. 

iNova’s focus is on late clinical phase and fully developed products requiring registration or for which registration is underway or completed. This enables timely investment in product registration and commercialisation, while minimising exposure to business risk. We welcome both new opportunities that are compatible with iNova’s existing portfolios, particularly where they fill an unmet clinical need, as well as those representing new speciality therapy areas.

Facilitating this process are solid collaborative partnerships and networks formed to complement in-house technical/regulatory know how and sales/marketing expertise, all of which are key elements contributing to speed to market and the successful commercialisation of our products.

iNova has a track record of working successfully with partners to build in-licensed and in-house brands, and our dedicated marketing resources and strong sales capabilities are supporting rapid expansion across established franchises. These include pain management, weight management, allergy, dermatology, sexual health, cardiology and respiratory health, as well as a growing and diverse in-licensed pipeline.

By leveraging a strong presence in specialty prescription and healthcare consumer products in the Australasian, Asia-Pacific and African regions, iNova can transform potential opportunities into valued healthcare solutions for patients and consumers. iNova invites licensing and co-marketing proposals from pharmaceutical companies around the world who seek growth opportunities in the Asia-Pacific and African regions.
