iNova Pharmaceuticals (Australia) Pty Limited is an Australian owned and operated pharmaceutical company that is the corporate headquarters for iNova Pharmaceuticals (“iNova”) operations. iNova has leading consumer healthcare and specialty prescription brands in over 15 countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific and Africa regions.

Our focus is to improve human health and well being by providing valued pharmaceutical products and services to patients and consumers. Our product portfolio includes in-licensed and in-house developed drugs in weight management, pain management, allergy, sexual health, dermatology, cardiology and respiratory health.

Borne out of more than 50 years heritage from Riker Laboratories and 3M Pharmaceuticals following the November 2006 purchase of 3M’s Asia-Pacific pharmaceutical business by funds managed or advised by Australian private equity firms Archer Capital and Ironbridge Capital, many products originally developed and manufactured by these companies are today an important part of iNova’s product range. These include many overseas developed medicines in addition to those newly developed and manufactured at the iNova Technology Centre in Sydney Australia.

iNova has a broad spectrum of capabilities to bring product brands into new and existing markets. These include high quality sales and marketing execution, in-licensing, developing and acquiring products, alongside manufacturing, quality and regulatory processes. Consequently, iNova continues to successfully introduce new products throughout the Australasia, Asia-Pacific and African regions, alongside exporting to countries such as Japan, Korea and China.

In addition to our own dedicated business enterprises, iNova works in partnership with external parties to broaden the range of products available to patients and consumers in the wider global community. These parties include sales and marketing partners, distributors and pharmaceutical companies in numerous countries.
